Masters participant declaration

Acceptance of this declaration is a condition of participation in Masters tournaments.

1. I undertake not to participate, directly or indirectly, in any betting related to table tennis, including Masters tournaments, regardless of where the bet is offered, who the operator is, or how the bet is placed.
2. I undertake not to use or disclose any confidential or inside information concerning the competition, players, tournament organisation, or any other circumstance that could be relevant to betting or manipulation of the competition.
3. I undertake not to take part in any match-fixing activity or any action intended to improperly influence the result, course, set, point, or any other aspect of the competition in breach of fair play and sports integrity rules.
4. I undertake not to accept, offer, propose, facilitate, or tolerate any financial or personal benefit connected with manipulation of the competition or violation of integrity rules.
5. I undertake to inform the organiser without delay about any proposal, pressure, contact, or circumstance suggesting attempted manipulation, breach of fair play, or misuse of inside information.
6. I undertake to fully cooperate with the organiser in clarifying any suspected breach of sports integrity rules.
7. I acknowledge that breach of this declaration may result in refusal of entry, disqualification, suspension from Masters events, cancellation of results, loss of prizes, and referral to competent authorities or sports organisations where justified.

This declaration does not exclude the organiser’s liability to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.
