Terms and conditions for online donations - PayNow service

  1. The website www.masterspl.com - as the website of the Organiser of the collection is run and administered by the "Masters-Olimpic Polska" Foundation, 05-126 Rynia ul.   2. This document strictly defines the terms and conditions of voluntary online monetary donations made through the Paynow Payment Integrator service in cooperation with mbank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Prosta 18 (00-850), registered by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000025237, NIP number 5260215088.
  3. A donor may be an adult natural person, a legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality, hereinafter referred to as the Donor.
  4. Donations can be made 24 hours a day.
  5. The PayNow service makes it possible to make payments in the form of donations to the Organiser by redirecting to the service to pay for the donation.
  6. Online donations can be made using one of the following payment methods made available through the PayNow service, these are in particular: By debit or credit card: o Visa o MasterCard By electronic wallet: o Google Pay o Apple Pay o PayPal o SkyCash By mobile payment: o BLIK By online transfer payment.
  7. Online donations made by payment through PayNow are not refundable.
  8. The Organiser processes the Personal Data of the persons concerned in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular Polish law and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, RODO). At the same time, the Organiser assures that the personal data of donors will be processed exclusively for the purpose of making the donation. The use of online payment is tantamount to consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of this payment.
  9. The donor has, in the cases and according to the principles specified in the aforementioned Personal Data Protection Act, the right to demand that his/her personal data be supplemented, updated, rectified, temporarily or permanently processed or deleted if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the law or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, and also has the right to submit a written demand to cease processing his/her personal data.
  10. The Organiser will not process or share with other entities data about donors and the donations they have made without their knowledge and consent.
  11. The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time for valid reasons.
  12. The amendments are binding for the users as soon as they are published on the website.
  13. In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the relevant legal regulations shall apply. Disputes shall be dealt with by a court of competent local and material jurisdiction.
